Opening Hours

Hello everyone. Here is a little update for you regarding our opening hours. As it stands we will not be reopening the physical shop on the 2nd December, however we will hopefully be doing so early in the new year.

We will be taking orders online via our website and over the phone as usual. Our workshop is also running as usual, please do however get in touch before you send in your locomotives.

We will be offering "phone and collect" to customers within the Lincoln area only, meaning you can place an order over the phone and arrange for collection from the shop.

Workshop Open

Hi everyone. Great news! The technical guys in the workshop have been working super hard to get through the massive amount of locos they had backed up, and are now in a position to reopen and start accepting new work.

If you are interested in having decoders (sound or non sound) added to your locomotives please contact our workshop manager John either via email johng@digitrains.co.uk or over the phone on (01522) 527731. We look forward to hearing from you.

Cheque payments

Please be aware that we no longer accept cheques as payment, so if you send something in for work or repair, we kindly request that you either call and pay by card or request a PayPal invoice.
