What data we collect
We collect details from you such as name, address, telephone number and email address. We also collect your card details if you are making a purchase from us.
How we collect the data
We collect data when you fill in our online order form with your name, address, contact details such as phone number and email and your card details.
When purchasing by telephone we fill in an order form for you and we also collect your payment details.
We also collect any data that you send us by letter or by email.
Why we collect the data
We collect data in order to send you the products or services you have requested, whether online, by telephone, letter or email.
What we do with any data we collect
Details such as name, address and contact details are kept on our customer database on our server.
We keep the data so that any future ordering is more efficient and easy for you.
We never keep any card details.
If you have paid online the card details are passed on to be processed by the secure payment service providers (SagePay) that process your payments on our behalf. If you pay over the telephone, once we have processed your payment using our Worldpay card terminals, we destroy all card details.
We also pass on name and address details to postal services and couriers in order to allow them to deliver your goods.
What we will not do with your data
We will not pass on your data to any third party for any use other than those already stated above.
How we keep your data safe
Our server where we keep our customer database is password protected and the database itself is also password protected. Only staff who have reason to access customer details for the purposes of processing orders have permission to use the database

| PERSISTENT_SHOPPING_CART | A link to information about your cart and viewing history if you have asked the site. |

| POLLN | Information on what polls you have voted on. |
| RECENTLYCOMPARED | The items that you have recently compared. |
| STF | Information on products you have emailed to friends. |
| STORE | The store view or language you have selected. |
| USER_ALLOWED_SAVE_COOKIE | Indicates whether a customer allowed to use cookies. |
